disappointed with this disgusting service

safiyah fondling i have never been more disappointed, after you blatantly **** to me and i gave you a favourable review on hello peter i now regret that and am writing about the true service i have received. Two months in a row discovery insure advised me that there would be a certain amount debited from account and both months the debit was different so i returned the debit order as i should if i didnt agree to the amount you deducting and now because of your own errors you refuse to cover me. i have been a customer for the past 20 years and you willing to loose such a loyal customer when this is in fact discovery insures errors that have caused this. im disgusted, frustrated and totally disappointed with discovery insure after so many years its hard to believe how callous you are with not even an ounce of understanding when in fact you are the ones at fault.
