Disappointed with Discovery

This is truly sad for me to do this review, because I always praise Discovery and refer all my family, friend and colleagues. We did a claim on hour house insurance after a pipe burst leaving all our cupboards walls and wooden floors ruined. Discovery was very good at granting the claim but the service providers that they have are not up to standard. (the bursting pipe was due to another substandard contractor not sealing the pipe after repairs) 8 months later and all the new cupboards have pulled away from the wall, the walls are still not completed, and all our clothes jackets and shoes have to get washed and cleaned fortnight the mould has taken over the cupboards and all my cupboards are standing open 24/7 it looks like I'm living in a second hand clothing shop. I have had to throw away leather bags, shoes and jackets due to the green and pink mould saturating it. It is a constant struggle.

My husband have called, emailed, and gone online log a query but no success

I'm hoping by writhing this review someone can call me and help us sort it out.
