Disappointed with Discovery

Im extremely disappointed with the service we are currently receiving following our accident. I sent all the documents they requested but every time I email the guy assigned to my claim, he ignores my emails instead he will request for a document that I already sent. I had to contact the call center and the person who answered he couldn't see any update and transferred my call to Claim Specialist. It's been +-3 weeks now.
