Disappointed much

I had an appointment today at 13:30 for my DQ track installation, at. Discovery on Fredman and got here 20minutes late due to unexpected traffic. On arrival, there was no other car that the guys were working on and they were just sitting. I explained why I was late and the guy proceeded to tell me that I'm late and he is going to be busy!! I asked if I could wait until he is done with next appointment and he said no he will be busy till 5. The way in which he spoke to me is unbelievably disgusting.
