Disappointed

My name is Busi and I'm a third party. Discovery service is really disappointing. I had my claim number and submitted everything required in Jan.On the 7th of Feb I was told take my car for assessment, which I did. I have since been waiting for their call nor communication from them. I have send send them emails and made calls. The person that was assigned to assist, her name is Nonkululeko has never reached out to me until today. We are in April and still my car hasn't been fixed. I'm very disappointed.
