Disappointed

After many loyal years to Discovery Insure, I called them twice today to allow them an opportunity to match an insurance offer from a competing insurance company (R510 cheaper). The second call was even to reduce my household content cover to help them, help me, reduce the premium. Result : R362 more expensive than the competitor. Why? : based on two vehicle claims in one year, both of which were not my fault and recovered from third party’s insurance. Competitor insurance were aware of the both claims and yet still came in cheaper. I sympathize with the consultants that took my call as whilst they were both willing to help, their manager did not allow me. Extremely disappointed.
