Disappointed

Quote was provided valid for 30 days. When confirming cover 5 days later, the premium went up by over R1000. She also neglected to mention that a DQ-Track unit was compulsory for a Ford Ranger even though I had already installed a tracking device at the dealership. I am disappointed and have taken my business elsewhere. Discovery was not prepared to honour the valid written quotation.
