Disappointed client of discovery insure

Discovery is very disappointing, you pay so much money to such a big company but when it's time to claim there is always a problem & get rejected! Their workmanship on construction workers are also not upto standard, the storm we had a few yrs back they need to inspect their workmanship. 3wks ago for a new job I am still waiting on feedback. Tiles cracked on floor in bathroom, assessors say poor workmanship. I wrote a letter they need to explain on workman's because I did not pick a tiler off a street corner to do my house, a registerd company did my work in my home. Plus my house is fairly new only 7yrs old. On them telling me this I wrote in to tell them to come back to meet with the company that did my complete home, there has never been an answer or email or call back to me. I pay alot of money every month & url have never had a problem on debit order. So I find urls workmanship been a insurer not upto the standards url give a person on joining url.
