Disappointed Client

Hi, my experience with Discovery insure was certainly the most disappointing and shocking after a traumatic incident. We had an incident that some items were ****** from our vehicle, the matter was reported to the police and the insurer, That's when all our problems seem to begin, we had endless problems regarding debit orders and my personal belief shocking questions and documents to be supp****, The problem was eventually resolved and the matter was from Discovery financial dept. My disappointment was that I did not even get an apology from the relevant persons or dept.

Through all the issue's there was a shinning light Ms/ Mrs Zimkita Sundu, she had regular updates and she did not have any control over the claim, she tried her best to get the matter resolved. I totally appreciated all the assistance from Ms/ Mrs Sundu. Please keep up the good work.

I have since cancelled my policy with Discovery Insure, and I wish I could cancel my life policy, due to the fact I would not want my loved ones to go through this traumatic experience again. Discovery Insure would not be getting any further referrals from myself or any of my colleagues.
