Disappointed by Discovery Motor Warranty

I’ve been a client of Discovery for a good 15 years now with all their products. I took up Discovery Warranty and cancelled AA Warranty - that was clearly a massive mistake. I’ve had an incident happen a week ago, and I’m still waiting for the company to confirm if they will cover the claim or not, a full week of calling and getting someone if I’m lucky who always promise to resolve the matter and promising to call again to update on the status - Nothing. How you guys operate under the same umbrella as Discovery is a damn shame honestly, an even bigger shame that you’re still operational with such appalling service.
