Disappointed by Discovery Insure

I took out a maintenance policy or warranty for my vehicle. Broker Shadwin sold me the policy to cover mechanical repairs on my Land Rover. I’ve been paying premiums for over 4 months. I had issues with the vehicle and it was towed to Waterford Land Rover. I logged a claim but have now been told by Mel that engine is not covered but only the engine components. Shadwin had advised me telephonically that I will not have problems when claiming but now I’m having issues. Please listen to all call recordings between me and Shadwin. I’ve been waiting for Mel to come back to me to give feedback. My car has been at Waterford since 10th of January 2021. This is just unfair.
