Disappointed

I have been struggling to get through to someone to assist with cancelling my Car Insurance. New Policy I opened and no where was it advised that if pre-inspection is done or failed that I actually wont be covered but I must still pay my monthly premium. Lovely Benefits but its of no use. App does not even update my trip because Sensor is off... Please cancel my insure and reverse my money back.
