Disappointed and very frustrating service!
I accidentally hit a pavement trying to avoid an incoming vehicle in a poorly lit area and both right-side tires got damaged. I put in a claim on 22 August 2022. It was approved and I am prepared to pay the excess. However, it is well over 2 months and even after several calls and emails, I still have no proper word on my vehicle. Yet I continue to pay my premium! Whatever happened to Discovery Insure? My experience is frightening!!

I just hope I will have positive feedback because it's been depressing. Perhaps it might help to add that diverse reviews of this repair company are all scary. No one who is aware would want to deal with them! And it is difficult to understand why a company such as Discovery would deal with them.
