I cancelled my insurance and Recka Jackdave called me to try to retain me as a client, and I said I will see how my new insurer treats me if I am not happy I will reconsider Discovery. She then told me that their insurance will be cancelled at 12 midnight on the 24/02/2021 and now they call me to say that it expired on the 23/02/2021. They are telling me 2 different stories now cause I cancelled them. I will never ever look at your as an insurer ever again, you have **** and disappointed me.
