Disappointed and Disgusted

I'm disgusted and disappointed with Discovery Insure. I lost my Diamond ring and when I submitted the calin they rejected it based on the fact that it was over 20k and was not specified under my house hold contents. When I took the insurance out I was never asked to list any items above 20k under house hold contents. It was only mentioned now when I claimed. I listened to the call and not once was I asked to list items above 20k or even that jewlery needs to be locked in a SAB approved safe bolted to the wall when not in use. I have other items in my house above 50k each so if something happens to them they will not be covered either.
