Disappointed and Disgruntled with Discovery Insure

I am so disappointed with Discovery Insure, I have been a member from their inception and have never had the dismal service that I have experienced in the past 6 months. One of the vehicles on my policy was written off 6 months ago, it took Discovery 3 months to pay me out HOWEVER they are still deducting premiums for the vehicle despite logging numerous calls and emails.
