Disappointed and disgruntled

I've been with Discovery Insure since 2021 paying my monthly premiums and my car was recently involved in an accident which was confirmed a write off yet the claim got rejected due to tyres which the insurance itself does not cover but has to be from your own pocket. You literally overlooked everything relating to the accident and focused on tyres. This is just a loophole and scapegoat you have found not to pay for the retail value as agreed to when taking up insurance. Remind me to cancel every product I have with you!!
