I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of claim number *** by Mathapelo Bokaba.

Despite multiple assurances that a settlement would be provided, to date nothing has been received. The ongoing delays and lack of follow-through have resulted in a negative experience.

Based on this, I would not recommend her services.
