Disappointed

Honestly so disappointed in the lack of service I’ve been receiving from Discovery Insure. Requested to change my banking details in April we are now in June and this simple request has still not been done, instead it’s been escalated for the second time, to top it off I’ve now gotten a email indicating my services have been suspended due to no payment received.
