Disappointed

Disappointed. My car was in an accident on the 21st of March 2020. Was declared a wright off on the 27th of May 2020. My claim administrator **** and said he made the payment to the bank that was financing me on the 28th of May 2020. When I called the bank on the 1st of June they said they never received any payment from discovery. I have been requesting proof of payment and send e-mails to my claim administrator until today i have not received anything. I called and spoke to a lady who told me that my claim administrator only made a payment on the 3rd of June 2020 which means i must wait for another 2-3 days for it to reflect to the bank that was financing me. I am not sure if this is true again because they said the same thing before. There is no communication here, e-mails are ignored and no feedback is provided.

from the 21st of March 2020 till today I am frustrated because there is no one to assist me.
