Disappointed

Hi

I was paid late at work - debit order didnt go through, phoned discovery to inform them of this. They then requested proof from my employer (letter or email) stating that the was a delay in salary payment for them to force debit me and reinstate my policy as requested.

i have telephonically spoken with a guy from retention by the name of Daven and he assured me that he'll force debit me and reinstate the policy.

To date no im still not covered.

We are sorry to hear of your unfortunate incident.
We are however aware that the retentions agent, Devan, advised that only when the letter from your employer was received via email, would he review it and assist with a reinstatement, depending on the content.
We will follow up with him to make sure email was received and revert.
