ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS TO DISCOVERY FORGET, i was involved in an accident with one of their client and the client admitted that she was on the wrong as it was also clear from how the accident occurred. I've got evidence to substantiate the ordeal. My nightmare started when this Lady Paballo Kekana was appointed to handle this claim, firstly she doesn't not respond to any email you send nor return your call when you call and you couldn't get hold of her. What a mess cause you wonder how can she be in the legal team and she has these low standards of work ethics.Her attitude on the phone will make you feel like you're begging her to work, I do work in the same industry and peeps don't act in this manner and secondly my claim wasn't handled fairly because of their incompetence.

If the company handles third party claims like this surely then ombudsman & FSCA need to do something about this because there's noway i will refer any business or entertain their franchisees.
