Discovery insure offered me a car insurance policy which I advised I would take at a later stage, they advised I should see their agents for my car pre inspection before the cover is valid which I haven't done to my surprise they went ahead and debited my account for the policy and admin fee and I have not signed or agree that they should go ahead and insure me.
