Disappointed

I phoned discovery after my car had been broken into and the central locking system was not working, valuables were ****** from my car laptop, gps, 3g, radio, sparewheel kit and handbag. My first call was to the police who came to the scene then discovery and I was told all has been reported and I would receive a claim number and be contacted next day. Later that evening I phoned discovery again and spoke to Vanessa to voice my concerns since my car was not locking and she assured me they will monitor it and if there are any movements they will call me. At around 14:00pm the next day after I had heard no update I phoned to follow up only to discover my claim had not even been captured, nothing was done. When I needed the sparewheel quote I was asked to get it myself. Disappointing service from a company that I moved to purely because I believed they were customer service orientated.
