Disapointing and frustrating servive

Registered a claim in August 2022 and till now in Feb 2023 the claim has not been finased, I continue to pay a premium of the vehicle that has been right off for more than 5 month. No feedback whatsover from Discovery business Insure. Very disapointing and frustrating
