Disapointed with discovery insurance

Guys i exprience a waste ever service from discovery insurance i was claim as third party a lady went through red robbort knocked my car she admitted she was wrong .she even tell discovery insurance that she went red robort its her fault .she tell me her insurance will fix the car i subbmitted all required papers they toose me from one wall to another for 2 months .the lady who works at there 3rd party claim by name Nkhuleko she is helpless . after 2 months they told me look for evidence to sho that their client was wrong .they wanted a footage from me guys where i was going to get footage .can someone help me here the lady who knocks my car is confirm she is wrong she went red robort what more evidince they want.I just make congurution to my self that this insurance will charge u for third party but they will never pay them .if there is anyone out there need to help i got all evidence
