I suffered damages to my house due to a fire,after the incident happened on the 30th of March and still waiting for the claim to be finalized. Due to the fire almost all of my kitchen appliances were destroyed but no consideration has been given to this fact. I had to borrow a kettle and iron amongst other things to be able to care for my children. I dont know what ever happened to service? Thus far I had to do numerous follow ups to no avail and even when I requested to speak to the manager I waited for 22mins and still did not speak to the manager. What will it take to be assisted?
