Did not received any assistance regarding my claim. Discovery did not provide what was promised.

After changing from ABCO insurance to Discovery I was under the impression that I am with the best insurance company available. But recently I was an innocent victim of a car accident. I was standing at a traffic light and was hit from behind. Even being innocent Discovery let me pay the excess amount for the repairs, which was promised to be paid back, but no payment received. I discovered that Discovery do not provide the service that is promised. My vehicle was send to the worst panel beater ever for the repairs. And how could that be since they obviously should have been approved by Discovery before fixing my vehicle. After discovering that the panel beater is fixing the damaged parts on the vehicle and not replacing the part, I informed Discovery with no satisfaction. I have spoken to various managers from Discovery to short out the problem before the parts was replaced. I am extremely disappointed in the service provide from Discovery and the managers that handled the complaint. Up to know nobody from Discovery have tried to assist with my issue, clearly for me ABCO have provided me with better customer service than what I received from Discovery.
