Did not expect this quality service!

<p>Marc Berman: he helped me today .. i was redy for an argument because , Times are tough as the end of the month approach and i did not get any cash back rewards from the first day i joined Discovery insure . So Sa****ay 21 May i reported it on the websit and they responded back today 23May and explained why im not getting cash back (Because my card was not linked ) so he linked my card and then proseeded to tell me he would help me to add the cash back to my account so that's not lost (i did not know he could do that) so within 5min from call started to all is done and he was super polite and with all the bad services you get from other company's , i am impressed by Marc Berman's service !!! He is an employee to keep and promote so that he could set an exmple for the other people . Thank you </p>
