Dicovery insure roadside assist service is useless

Yesterday I called discovery insure at 12h19 requesting tow service after I had a breakdown.i was promised an sms with ref number but did not get it until I called again at 12h42 which I then received at 12h44. I waited for the tow truck . I had to call discovery again at 13h06 , still no one could tell me where is the tow truck or how long it ll take. I decided to arrange my own towing car and it was only at 14h08 that I was called by them that they have dispatched some towing company. for almost 2 hours no one called to give me feedback , I had to call them. Why should it take over 2 hours to get a tow truck in centurion? I m certain they ll take the whole day in bundu areas.
