Devastated

In the mid July 2024, I had erroneously acquired motor vehicle insurance from Discovery Insure which started deductions on 1 August 2024. Upon realising this mistake, I called their customer care to cancel on 4 August needless to say I was charged prorata and refunded after 5 days. The following month in September, the same transaction went through my account, I cancelled this once more refunded after long battle with them again 5 October the same transaction with reduced amount went through. I am tired of having to cancel the same policy every month and it gets renewed without consent. This truly smacks like consultants who would do just about anything by hook or ***** to get clients including being *********
