Despicable Discovery insurance

Dear Discovery car insurance department, I have already about 5 weeks ago reported to you a particular sales consultant by the name of Wesley, who HARASSED me for days with dozens of phone calls because I did nit accept quote. About 15 minutes ago this individual Wesley has started again phoning me non stop when I HAVE CLEARLY stated I am not interested, not now or EVER. PLEASE NOTE that I need an apology in writing and your guarantee that this sales consultant by the name Wesley does not EVER contact me again. Should he do so I will go to the police, umbudsman and sue Discovery for HARASSMENT. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY CAR INSURANCE from you now or EVER. This is not acceptable, surly staff are screened and or psychometric tested. I NEED AN ANSWER as a matter of URGENCY 😤😡😠🤬
