Deliberate *****ulant policy ammendment without communication to me as a client, having no proof of why policy was ammended and *****ulant over debit on policy

Hi. i currently have a problem with my discovery insurance. I had made a call on 01 or 02 Feb 2024 quering a premium increase on my monthly insurance fee. During the cause of the call i was made aware July is my anniversay month of which my premium gets revised and upon revision the monthly fee will increase or decrease depending on claims made on the policy. I did not have issues with the increase since i had been in accidents and i understood why an increase was initiated on the policy. Prior to the call i made on Feb 2024 i had zero access on the policy and when they increased the premium to 3500 if im not mistaking, i requested an access on the policy to drop my premium. An ammendment was made to the policy with an access of 3000 droping my primium to 2900. The new premium of 2900 was active and debited from march. I rescently discovered i have been debited 4000 at zero access for during of maybe 4 month till month to date. I called quering the premium i was told it the anniversary fee and i explained on call that i had requested an access on my account on feb of which they do pick up in the system and i have document as proof of ammendment, since then i have been a hot potato i am just kept being reffered to one consultant to anaother. I have been requesting documentation and phone records of who made the ammendment and how was the verification process done of which i am not getting from discovery and i am requesting money to be paid back for the over debit. There has been little movement to case. Please people becareful of these aniversaries you can see it a chain of which finance is linked up too that they use anniversary increases to over debit and customers would call to adjust but the debit would have been already done. With my one they messed it up by not including the access on the new premium yet i had called to say add access fee and it was added.
