DELEAYS IN PROSSESING A CLAIM

Was hijacked on the 27 of February .The people who took my car got involved in a car accident an apparently one of them died, was also told the car was taken to SMD doornkerhoek (something that police said it was unusual because it had to be taken to police compound as it was a ****** car) , I discovery all of this while opening a case. well things were bit slow having to wait for assessment reports where they confirm that my car was a wright-off, I then had to wait for Discovery to pay-off the car as per (policy states) the retail value of the car. my car was a ford fiesta 5 door 1.4. 2014, but when Discovery made a offer it was a bit low then I query the amount been offered they discovered that assessment was made on a wrong car, SMD seemed not to have any records of my car, but my name is been capture on a vehicle which doesn't belong to me. To date I don't know if ever my car was really discovered, it had the Discover DQ track, records still suggest that the car is at SMD, but SMD seems not to have such a car. I had a car hire of 30 days with Discovery which has expired long time ago. used my car for Private and Professional I'm unable to perform my duties fully.
