Delays in processing claim

Discovery delays with processing my third party claim, its been almost four weeks since the claim was logged, I called last week to follow up on status and I was advised this claim would be concluded by Tuesday 06/07/2021 sent follow up emails with no reply. I wonder if this is the same service they offer to all their clients. My insurance would have concluded and repaired by vehicle already!! Such service is horrible and I will never recommend Discovery Insure to anyone.
