Delays in building claim

The worse experience on a building claim. Claims administrator (Andre) that does not return calls. Arranged a quote from my own service provider. Then got told that Discovery will appoint there own provider regardless of my quote.

Then why tell me I can get my own service provider and waste everyone's time??

A manager Cleopatra that did not answer my calls after waiting 29minutes on the call.

I think there is a false sense of value because I have motor, building, life and health insurance with discovery - that i would be treated as such.

This experience has shown me that i am just another number
