Delays

I made a 3rd party claim last year 2021, The person who was in charge of the claim resign without attending to my claim , it was then handled by Gretchen Rubin , she was told me the claim is with the manager who needs to approve , jikijiki they are trying to get hold of their client who is not answering discovery insure calls and emails. Then the claim was tranfered to Mathapelo Bokaba , who phoned me asking about discovery client"s contact details which was the same numbers as what discovery has, then Mathapelo send an email requesting the number again , which I dont have now as I have lost my phone . Mathapelo does not answer calls . You phone no answer at all. What i want to know as your client doesnt want to answer your calls and emails to give side of his story , what is going to happen now , as its been too long now. I even have discovery Clients policy no. which he gave me to claim 3rd party .
