Delaying ***

I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I have received from Discovery Insure. 1. I reported my vehicle ****** and they asked me to find the car, Where is the sense in that? 2. I initially requested a automatic car hire option which was on my original policy but for some reason that changed so they refused to allow me the auto so I had to pay the difference, then requested the sales call to be pulled a month ago and also sent to Nombali the original policy but still I have not been reimbursed. 3. I have spoken to so many different people in regard to my claim and still have no joy as to when my claim will be finalised. 4. Car hire has expired on the 21st of September, this was extended after much arguing now the car has expired on the 26th and they refuse to extend when they are holding my claim up. From the start this experience has not been a good one. 5. My claims person is Nombali who I can never get a hold of so I have to speak to so many different people, Persy, Ellen, Tarryn, Nonhlanhla, Kabelo and more, all give me a different story as to why my claim has not been finalised, they say they will call me back but no one ever does! I've mailed Nombali and cc'd Arvashan the manager and Tando and still nothing. I have submitted all the docs requested, followed claim procedure and still no luck its now 1 month and 8 days and still I am baffled. 6. Avis calls me again to say I have to return the hired car as Tato from Discovery has advised that there will be no extension, the claim is being held up by them so why must I suffer? How do I get to work and take my kids to school? This is not a game people this is my life
