Delayed policy cancellation

<p>I've asked Discovery Insure to cancel my policy as off 24/04/2017 [Ref: ********** 698]. They were experiencing a high volume of calls and promised to call me back within 24 hours to assist with my cancellation...well it's been 240 hours now and still no follow up call. I transfered my money to an alternative account to make life simple for myself so the debit order bounced, and then i received an email from Mr Francois Theron advising me to pay pay my premium...so it is obvious that Discovery is still under the impression that they should cover my insurance policy; i am with another insurance provider as of 25/04/2017</p>
