Delay in fixing my vehicle and pathetic service

My accident occurred in Pretoria and you saw it best to pass all panel beaters in and around Pretoria and took my car to a pathetic panel beater in Johannesburg. I need to know the reason for this.The repairs on my car should have been completed by 06 August but I have to wait another 3 weeks because of the pathetic panel beater you took my car to. I also have to keep constantly asking for feedback. Why can't I be updated regularly on my claim? Pathetic service
