Deibitimg me instead of crediting me

After cancelling the cover one one of my cars, I was told I would be receiving a credit of R999 as I’m cancelling on the 19th.

So instead discovery debits me for 999 causing the debit to bounce and a mark against my name if I want to apply for credit .

Absolutely pathetic
