Deeply disappointed and digested

Was involve in a car collision on Friday 06 November 2015. Receive and authorization number for the the Resq 24 to tow my vehicle to SMD in old airport Durban. Received the confirmation by email that the vehicle was with SMD and I requested for their their physical address of which Tsepo forward to me. Arriving at SMD on Monday the 9th November my vehicle was not there. Contacted Discovery for +-20 and they were sure that the vehicle was with SMD. Finally are spoke to Jathine the manager who informed me that my vehicle was with East coast Panel and Panel. I asked discovery who authorized my vehicle to be there and was given four different stories, 1 they got the authorization from the call centre agent, 2 authorization was from me, 3 was from my husband, 4 was from Neo Mathafeng. They always claim that calls are recorded but there cannot track back the call. On their log the information shows that my car is with SMD, assessment has been booked only to arrive at East Coast and told that the assessment has been done and they have order the part already. We are not getting any update from the insurance regarding the claim. I have to call and send email and there are no reply.
