DEDUCTING UNAUTHORIZED PREMIUMS

<p>I asked for a quote to determine how much my premiums would be if I added another car onto my policy. I reviewed the quotes but NEVER confirmed that the cover should be activated on the 2nd vehicle.</p> <p>At the end of November Discovery Insure deducted 1) my premium, 2) the pro rated amount for the 2 be vehicle and 3) the full premium for the 2nd car.</p> <p>I called in to find out who had accepted the quote as a cover but Discovery could not confirm and they still have not refunded me the 2 other unauthorized premiums. They promised to have this done in 48 hours but they haven't and I have not received any feedback from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They don't wait for authorizations before going into your bank account to take your money! I will be changing insurance companies!</p>
