Deducted money from my account after cancellation

<p>I cancelled my insurance policy 9 days before it even started and I know they received the email. Now on the weekend they deducted money from my account so I would like that to be refunded. It is a total of R1,298.41. Cancelled on 22 Jun 2017 09:13:57. I followed up again on Jun 29, 2017 at 10:28 AM to make sure and money was still deducted. Please refund me ASAP.</p>

Please be advised that the refund request was pending rejection report from the bank to confirm whether the debit was successful or not, we will follow up with the finance team to confirm the refund.

This is unacceptable.. I need my money 18 days ago.. Are you going to cover my credit card bills and lost interest income as well?

Seriously though, I'm not even joking. Pay and clear the refund now so I can pay for living expenses. I can send you a bank statement proving that it was deducted.
