Declined windscreen claim

These people are a bunch of *******. They refused to fit an OEM windscreen to my car despite the fact that it currently has an OEM windscreen fitted. I am supposed to accept some Chinese aftermarket windscreen and that’s all they prepared to pay for. Suppose if you in an accident they will also expect you to use parts from a s****yard. Yet they have the cheek to put my premium up by 30%. Use at own risk.
