Declined Liability

Absolutely angry right now. One of the insured parties belonging to Discovery came in on the middle of the road whilst I was driving on a main road and I put through a third part claim. They send me an email back stating that their client says his vehicle was stationary and that I knocked into him, on a main road where he was turning onto the oncoming lane, I have images to prove it and even witnesses he even said he was sorry and discovery says the insured stated I knocked into his stationary vehicle. Oh my gosh what is this, I am so upset so angry. I then sent all the images to the person dealing with the claim, and she has not been a bad consultant, in fact Nonhlanhla Sinthumule was sweet and really good, but I get an email saying "therefore cannot entertain your claim against our insured’s policy." I sent a reply and I get a response that says "Your message couldn't be delivered to "***. Their inbox is full or it's receiving too much mail at the moment. " I do not know what to do now, I will have to involve my lawyer.
