Decisive Leadership

Thank you to Mpenduko for his decisive approach in dealing with my queries that were overdue for more than 3 months. These queries are related to the issues of Vitality Drive 3.0 were I was incorrectly penalised. I use all possible options to escalate this issues but no body could assist me. One day I called looking for Katlego and she was on leave. Mpenduko attended to my call, from that day things started moving and I am happy to report that all the issues have been resolved including the most recent issue related to night time drive. I would also like to thank Monica for following up with system department on the recent issue related to night time drive.
