I was assisted by Decious Banyini , Claims Administrator at Discovery Insure for a Personal Claim , efficient even although we never spoke on the phone ( she tried on numerous occasions to try to get hold of me) . Claim lodged with Kevin McHugh , Broker for Discovery and settlement confirmed same day . Thank you.
