Debiting ****** phone premium

I’m not happy with their service My phone was ******, reported as such nd the claim was rejected, FINE. But my problem is the fact that they are still debiting my account with the premium that includes that phone it’s been 4 months now. I’ve called several times but everyone is not telling the truth because even today the premium hasn’t been adjusted yet till today
