Debiting MY Account without Permission

I am perturbed at Discovery Insures Action tof debit my account without my consent. I called in asking for a quote, which I then agreed to for Commencement on 1st MAY 2015, on the 25th Of March I got debited R150, not sure as to why as I spoke to Two consultants and made it clear that this Contract should commence on 1st May. This is a breach of contract made verbally and having notified two consultants I am disturbed at the fact that none of them or your system captured the correct information according to our recordings. With the manner that you have handled this I would like to cancel this future \contract"as clearly you just out for the buck and don't listen attentively.
